Shipping policy

We ship Australia-wide, fast. Most orders leave our Melbourne warehouse the same or next business day.

Dispatch & delivery

Orders placed before 2pm (Melbourne time) on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. We stock around 95% of the products on our site, so most orders ship as soon as payment clears. If an item isn't in stock, we'll contact you within 24 hours with options before anything ships.

Depending on your location, allow 2–9 business days for delivery within Australia. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates — couriers occasionally have delays beyond our control. If your order is time-critical, call us before ordering and we'll plan it with you: (03) 9416 8766.

Tracking

Every shipment is tracked. We use DHL, StarTrack, TNT and Australia Post depending on your location and what's in your order. Leave a mobile number at checkout and you'll receive dispatch and tracking notifications by text and email.

Not at home?

If you miss the first delivery attempt, StarTrack will leave a notice to arrange redelivery or collection; Australia Post parcels are usually taken to your local post office with a collection notice. If you've given authority to leave (ATL), the courier will leave your parcel in a safe place at your address.

Same-day courier — Melbourne Metro

Last-minute event? If you're within roughly 50 km of Melbourne CBD, we can often get your order to you the same day by courier. Charges apply — call before ordering to confirm.

Local pickup

Pickup is available from our Coburg North warehouse by appointment only. Call (03) 9416 8766 to book a time.

Dangerous goods

Some of our products — including handheld cannons, electric cannons and SFX fluids — are classified as dangerous goods and are shipped by road freight only, within Australia only. They cannot be sent by air or express post. See our Dangerous Goods & Safety page for details.

International orders

We ship selected products internationally by quote. Contact us with what you need and your destination, and we'll price it for you. Dangerous goods cannot be shipped outside Australia.
