View our confetti calculator to find out how much confetti you need for your wedding or event. As a general guide, we recommend calculating about 50g per person. This provides a generous handful per guest for a beautiful, full confetti shower. Ultimately, the exact amount will depend on how you choose to disperse it, whether guests are grabbing a handful directly or if you are pre-filling toss cones. Don't forget to order a little extra for your photographer to use in staged photos.

Our water-soluble BioConfetti is designed strictly for outdoor use only. Because it is made of rice paper that begins to dissolve upon contact with moisture, it is not suitable for indoor floors. If you are looking for stunning indoor options, we highly recommend visiting our partner site, King Confetti, which offers a wide range of shapes, colours, and materials perfectly suited for indoor celebrations.

BioConfetti is designed to virtually disappear when it gets wet, meaning it should only ever be used in dry conditions and never in the rain. When used on grass, it is completely fine. However, if it spreads onto damp pathways, paving, or tiles, we recommend cleaning it up immediately so the rice paper does not break down and stick to the surface.

You can easily source toss cones from local party shops, art supply stores or discount shops. If you want to add a unique, personal touch to your celebration, we highly recommend making your own DIY cones. There are fantastic, easy-to-follow tutorials available on YouTube.

Yes! General party stores often sell slow-decomposing tissue paper or foil mixes that require manual cleanup and are frequently banned by wedding venues. BioConfetti is 100% water-soluble, eco-friendly, and venue-approved, making post-event cleanup effortless.
